Every effort is made to ensure that your experience with us is smooth, professional, and satisfactory. However, we understand that there may be rare instances of dissatisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds and returns.

Scope of Policy

Please note that we exclusively deal in digital products and services. As such, traditional concerns like physical damage, wear and tear, or shipping-related issues are not applicable.


 

Return & Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products and services:

• Returns, replacements, and refunds are not applicable once a digital product or service has been purchased, delivered, or transferred.
• This policy applies to both online and offline engagements related to digital products and services offered by Do It Creation.

Delivery & Usage

All services are demo-based and delivered digitally. Once a product is delivered, it is considered consumed, and ownership is transferred to the client. Since digital files can be easily duplicated, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

 

Fraudulent Claims

Do It Creation reserves the right to take legal action in cases of:

• False, misleading, or malicious refund/return claims
• Deliberate misrepresentation of facts or product/service experience

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, block, or cancel the account of any client involved in fraudulent activities or abuse of our policies.
Any individual found guilty of submitting fraudulent complaints or misusing our services with intent to deceive may face civil and/or criminal prosecution as per applicable laws.
